Really nice. It looks a little 'pasted' onto the background...'cause, well, it IS, as far as I can tell. :D (Big Grin) But the colouring is gorgeous, lovely detail. :) (Smile)

Nice work here. It is obvious you put a lot into your gryphons.

"I used to leave things un-finished, but now

the image is gorgeous. truly. i applaud it.

my only little suggestion is to use a blur or blend tool to take away the pixilated edges between the gryphon and the background so it looks more like he's actually out there.

That is very beautiful...the detail is excellent. Time well spent :)

Thank you very much, this gryph is a favourite of mine!

My favorite colors in one of my favorite creatures! What a neat feeling to see this drawn in to a setting.

Someone had a "find your medieval animal questionaire" on this sight and I took it, and found out that I have the spirit of a Gryphon. So this caught my eagle eye!

The other thing that caught my eye is that you have the same username as a nickname of one of my friends from High School, hoping that it was her, I checked your page out. (She works for Disney now as an Art Director of the largest drawing crew) But anyway, it's so cool that you start to Kendall! Wow, that's where my H.S. Art teacher was sure I would go, but my parents were a bit tapped from two older sisters attending their colleges of choice. Now I attend WMU for an Art Education Major and just re-certified to teach all subjects, K-8 at the time when my kids are looking at where they'd like to go to college in 4 years. Thank you for you comment, and hopefully our paths will cross one day, hey?

Actually, I have a friend who is an Art Education major at WMU as well. Small world! I was thinking of going there too, I'm still not sure why I chose Kendall, but I'm happy now.
